If your flight is cancelled due the Coronavirus, we always try to request a refund with the airline (eg. as a voucher). Unfortunately, not all airlines (are able to) offer a refund, to avoid financial problems.
In case of no refund, you will have the option to either change your booking directly or change it at a later time. Until this time, you will have an so called Open booking.
The conditions of rebooking differ per airline. The exact conditions which apply to your booking, can be found on the website of the airline. At the bottom of this page you will find the conditions of some of the bigger airlines.
Decided when to travel? Check this page to see how you can officially request a change. Due to the many change requests, we currently handle requests based upon (new) departure date within the next 30 days. Is your (new) departure date after 30 days from now? Then it will take longer for us to process your request.
Please note: these conditions may be changed at all times by the airline. When you submit your change request, we will always double check the conditions which apply at that time. Also, currently many airlines have implemented their own vouchers. Kindly note that we, as an intermediary, cannot issue these vouchers.
